  • **Must have been Terminated/Furloughed/Reduced Hours or Reduced Pay due to COVID 19 **

  • Must have a Valid State Issue Identification
  • Must have a letter from Employer stating that you been Furloughed/Terminated/ or Your Hours been Reduced- Due to COVID 19
  • Must have a Lease Agreement – First and Last Page OR
  • Must have a letter from Landlord or Mortgage Statement showing that you are delinquent
